Refund policy

We provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund for each order, irrespective of the number of items in the order. Therefore, if an order compromises multiple items, only one deduction of Rs 100 will be applied for the entire order, rather than per individual item. No charges will be applied to wrong or damaged products.

Your refunds will be provided to your original mode of payment.

Pick-up will be attempted twice.If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you’ll have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin code.

Once we receive your returned item, we will either exchange your product or process your refund within 7-10 business days based on your request. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

The request of exchange and return if the items will be accepted once.Any requests post that would unfortunately be declined.

If the shipment comes to us as an RTO, we’d be deducting Rs 100 in the refund amount.
